Support Topics: Email: How To: Add multiple recipients to a forward address


1. Open your web browser and navigate to the MacHighway Support page. Once there, you will see an Email Control Panel Login. Enter the following in each field:

User: postmaster
Domain: put whatever comes after the "@" in your email address
(ex. mydomain.com if your address is bill@mydomain.com)
Password: Your FTP password.

2. Once in, you will see a main menu. Click on the "New Forward" link.

3. In the "Name" field type in the part of the email address you'd like to have before the @ sybmol. (example you type in bob if you want bob@yourdomain.com)

4. In the "Destination" field type the first full address of where you'd like the email forwarded to. You will only be adding one recpient at this time.

5. Click Add.

6. You will then see a list of your forward addresses. Click the Modify icon next to email address you wish to change the target address of.

7. Under "Add Forward" heading, you will see a "Destination" field. Type the next address you want the email address to forward to. Click "Add".

8. Repeat step 4 until your recipients list goes to all of the addresses you wish.

Your email will now forward to multiple addresses.
