I’ve been with MacHighway since at least 2007 after being referred to them by a friend. They are awesome! Their support people aren’t in some call center overseas, they’re actual IT guys, in Colorado. They respond INCREDIBLY quickly, and you can just reply to the email and get a personal response back. Not canned answers, but a real dialog specific to your question. They helped lead me through setting up my first website and emails, from choosing the best software to uploading it. And they use wind power and have a great sense of humor. (Can you picture GoDaddy naming a server “Milhouse?”)
